We LOVED our stay here, one of our favourite places we have ever stayed! The most beautiful beach was approx 10 steps away from our room - so special to hear the waves crashing from the room! Really great strong fan for the warm nights too, and fab mosquito net. The owner was so so kind and helpful too, made us feel very welcome! Really comfortable huge bed, and plenty space for luggage! Incredible location for watching the sunrise!!! The hammocks were a fab bonus too! We would definitely return to this accom if we return to Mazunte

The location is just amazing, the photos cannot do justice. Just on the beach, every room come with a hammock on its balcony, table and chairs. You can see the sunrise (if you wake up early). There are 4 rooms in total if I'm not mistaken, two on the bottom floor and two on the upper flood. I had the room on the upper floor which has better view and privacy in my opinion but the ceiling is like a cabaña and it's open, which means that you have all kind of insects to accompany you. I didn't find this that big of a problem but if you are not fan of insects just take it into consideration. The rooms on the bottom seems to have a proper ceiling. The room has a big bed with a mosquito nest which was really helpful, a fan, shower with cold water, toiletries, a lot of space to hang clothes. It is not luxurious but is very comfortable. You can lock the room with a key and feels safe. Towels provided. There is a small kitchen with a fridge and 2 coffee machines, coffee provided and also filtered water. The room was clean (to the extent it can get) but the kitchen could get a bit cleaner. The access to the hotel is through the beach. The wifi didn't work for me during one of my 3 days but when it worked it was strong and worked even from the beach. I think this place is overall magical if you are laid back and is totally value for money!

The rooms are basic but large and comfy as well as clean. The view is spectacular and there are nice outdoor spaces to relax in. The food at the little restaurant is very good and the view is also amazing from the seating area. The staff and the owners are delightful. The only downside is the amount of stairs that you need to climb to reach it.

If your soul is yearning to fall asleep and wake up to the sound of the surf breaking upon the beach, if your idea of relaxing includes a hammock set up on a balcony with an ocean view and if you long for a slice of heaven, than this is the place for view. Just meters away is the Pacific Ocean and a bay calm enough to swim in and wash away all your cares. There’s no tv. But there is internet if that’s what you need. This is the place to come and spend your time if you want to leave the crazy world behind you. There are many, many restaurants and shops all within walking distance. The accommodations are not luxurious, but when you’re in paradise what do you really need? A comfortable bed, a shower, a flush toilet? You’ll find all that here. There’s a communal kitchen and bottled water. Why you stay here is the friendly efficient service, I had no problems contacting them through WhatsApp, but what’s most important is the million dollar view and the peaceful vibe.

Awesome accomodation right on the beach, rooms are basic but have everything you need including a balcony with hammock. Kitchen is fully equipped for use. Super quiet at night.

I chose this room and location as a gift to myself to start my visit in Mazunte. What an incredible location! So close to Playa Rinconcillo and near the stairs to get to the path to Punta Cometa. The bed was large and comfortable, the bathroom was simple, yet great for quick cooling showers and the host was very kind and helpful with receiving me latest night and to offer great food recommendations. Lots of great restaurants and amenities within minutes! I can’t wait to be back! Gracias! The accommodations next door did have loud music on early in the day, but otherwise, I loved this room and location! Felt secure. Water available in the kitchen and was equipped for many things ( I didn’t use it much, but many others made their meals and coffee).
